About the Roles

We are seeking a

Project Coordinator (Building & Civil)

to join a construction firm based in

Kaki Bukit

. This is a

permanent position

with a

5.5-day work week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am - 1:00pm)

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and technical matters. Attend site meetings and update management on progress, risks, and challenges. Plan and track site resources and activities to meet project deadlines. Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure effective deployment. Arrange materials, equipment, and facilities to support project milestones. Enforce quality standards and maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Nitec in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in building or civil projects preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong command of written and spoken English to prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders. Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project (or equivalent).
