Job Description

:

• Assist the project team with all project related matters
• Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotation from various vendors and subcontractors
• Manage material delivery orders for submission
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and, update project team
• Process and track invoices from principals/vendors
• Manage, keep records and update all incoming and, outgoing documents
• Liaise with local and overseas principals/vendors
• Liaise with logistic vendors for best shipping price and prepare shipping documents accordingly
• Assist to receive incoming shipment and ensure accurate quantity and, quality to prepare for delivery
• Devise and maintain project systems including data management, and filing
• Assist in write up on operations and other updates
• Preparation of reports, minutes taking, meeting agendas and presentations
• Coordinate and arrange travels arrangement, VISAs, accommodation and exhibition
• Travel overseas on job assignment when required
• Other duties assigned by Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Job Requirements:

• N / O Level / Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in the local construction field (preferably in lighting/electrical engineering/interior design/construction material industry).
• Amplifier / Voice Recorder
