JOB DESCRIPTION Project Coordinator Duties 1) Co-ordination of project site - Attend site kick off meeting and brief in-house production team 2) Attending weekly or whenever required project meeting on site 3) Site Survey before commencement of work 4) Preparation of Risk Assessment (RA) - To possess at least bizSAFE Risk Management 5) Prepares forms and coordinates procedures for site 6) Liaison with site and installer team to schedule for installation 7) Tracking of all assigned productions and accurately documents for all revision and submitted plan for approval.
