They have a stable portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families who invest via the company. They are located in CBD area. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the preparation for business case and proposals.Your responsibilities include:- Assist in the preparation of business proposals, reports, and presentations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and project goals. - Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project and business performance- Monitor project time-line, milestones and delivery- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets. - Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders. - Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.- Sit in Presentations and business pitching to facilitateThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidate must have:- at least 3 years experience in project / proposal preparation in order to understand the industry context- Financial product knowledge is a plus- Strong teamworkWhat\'s on OfferYou will enjoy one day work from home per week and work in an inclusive team culture.
