Job Description
- City Hall, Singapore
- Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Attractive Salary Package
- Salary $3000 - $3600 + Allowances
- Interior Design / Furniture Design
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in building/furniture/interior/residential field
- Minimum 2 years in site coordination, preferably managing large scale project residential site
- Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
- Able to read architectural and furniture drawings.
- Class 3 driving license is a plus
- Co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
- Carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities;
- Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures
- Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;
- Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
- Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing
- Close monitoring of jobs and provide reports updates to internal division.
- Responds to customers\' feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
- Supervise labour and cost control..
- Attend to co-ordination meetings with designer/architect/consultant/main contractor.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned
