Job Description


Job scope:

  • Assume supervision and leadership responsibilities for project tasks, ensuring precise execution and high-quality work from all team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Execute project activities in strict adherence to established plans and specifications.
  • Skillfully handle and resolve any client or resident concerns or feedback.
  • Proficiently interpret blueprints and estimate the necessary onsite materials.\\
  • Maintain continuous vigilance over project progress and provide regular updates to keep the Project Manager well-informed.
