Roles & Responsibilities Project Coordinator (Interior)
Location: Sungei Kadut
Responsibilities
To coordinate interior fit-out projects and with consultants/client appointed project representatives in conjunction with suppliers/ sub-contractors & able to communicate well with all levels.
To ensure all site staff & sub-contractors under our control carry out work in a safe manner, & to monitor compliance is carried out with all building, safety codes, and other regulations.
To provide a proper schedule to ensure the project is within the given/agreed program required to meet deadlines.
Prepare/Submit/Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.

Requirements
Preferred Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related disciplines.
Preferable at least 3 years relevant working experience in interior fit-out works.
Past experience in carrying out projects in hospitality (Hotels/Serviced Apartments) trade is an advantage.
Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Highly independent.
