Project Coordinator
to join our growing team and help manage system integration projects from initiation to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both office and site work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to grow within the engineering and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily project operations and timelines
Ensure a smooth handover of projects from the Sales team
Prepare cost sheets, estimates, and documentation upon receiving work orders
Independently manage multiple projects, particularly in system integration
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants from design to handover stages
Review and resolve discrepancies in project drawings during the design phase
Handle stakeholder management, including attending meetings, coordinating discussions, preparing shop drawings, and overseeing documentation and supervision tasks
Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring timely execution and change tracking
Prepare progressive claims and other documents to facilitate smooth payment processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related engineering field
1-2 years of relevant working experience in a project coordination role
Willingness to work on-site when required
Knowledge of
Waste Management Systems
or
Pneumatic Waste Conveyance Systems
