To assist manager in prepari Project Coordinator Working Hours: 5 days [ 8:30am to 6pm ] Location: Gul Circle [ Transport pick up at Jurong Point ] Salary: $2200-$3000 Key Responsibilities: To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation and respond to enquiries To communicate & coordinate with Sales/ Production team, clients, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure clients' requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner To assist manager in work sheet preparation and work distribution To conduct work inspection, arrange defect rectification work and to ensure timely delivery. To coordinate all administrative process in relation to work -issue material requisition form & assist in purchasing materials/items required by production/customers, prepare marketing material & etc. To assist in logistic planning and delivery To perform quality control and maintenance of the documents To assist Accounts Department to follow up on overdue payment Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the manager. Qualification & Requirements: Min Nitec in Engineering or its equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Order Processing / Internal Sales / Sales administration or Purchasing Candidate in sales or purchasing background in the Marine, Engineering and O&G industry will be an added advantage
