End-to-end project management of regional B2B triangulation platform (TRIPOD)
Support and implement continuous roll out of TRIPOD's enhancements and change requests
Support in data strategy concepts and tools to ensure regional retail data are implemented with suitable methodologies for analysis and usage. Ensure further roll out and development of tools/concepts in the markets
Supplier management including service level and quality reviews
Interface between business side of VRAS/markets and HQ towards IT to facilitate the successful rollout of new solutions and the continuous utilization
Regional technical expert function for electronic parts catalogue
Understand and standardization of interfaces for parts- and service systems between different importers, recommend products and tools within After Sales service core process for business process improvement
Gather business requirements and evaluate suitability and effectiveness for regional implementation of Digital products. Initiate and support the implementation
Govern and manage continuous technology and process advancement to provide operational efficiency to the business community.
Consultancy and support to importers for implementation of digital systems and solutions and drive backbone integration on regional level.
Close cooperation with Digital After Sales, Vehicle tools and Connectivity teams on headquarter level
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering, IT or Business Administration
Possess at least 3 years of multinational working experience in digital customer journey
Comprehensive business acumen in After Sales service core processes, including project management skills to facilitate digital tools/solutions to be implemented effectively on wholesale (NSC/importer) and retail level
Able to communicate effectively and collaborate extensively with stakeholders (especially between technical and business teams) to deliver project requirements and change proposals
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with passion for ensuring digital tools/solutions are on track for implementation
Proven communication skills and high interest to work with people in a multi-cultural environment
Strong customer orientation to provide a high level of service to internal and external customers
Self-motivated individual that can work on his/her own and is keen to constantly extend knowledge and share it within the team
