Job Description
Working Day: Mon to Sat
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
Office Location: Bukit Batok Crescent, Wcega Plaza, Singapore, Singapore
Salary Range: Basic $2200-$2600 + Comm $200 -$700 + Quarterly Bonus $300- $600 + Allowance + OT
Job Scope:
- Point of contact for clients and other engaged third parties. (e.g. subcontractors)
- Produce work plan detailing project schedule.
- Identify, consolidate, and allocate resources required for the project accordingly.
- Execute project according to plan.
- Review work quality
- Consolidate on-site product feedback, propose improvements.
- 2-3 years\' experience in renovation industry
- Basic knowledge of tiling/carpentry/partition/etc
- With own motorbike or class 3 license
- Quarterly Bonus: $300.00 - $600.00
- Yearly Bonus: 1 Month
- Motor allowance: $200.00 - $300.00
- Mobile sim card is provided
