** Singaporeans ONLY as no work pass sponsorship quota **Location: Walking distance from Aljunied or Geylang Baru MRTBasic Salary Ranges: Up to $3500 (depend on experience)Working Days: 5 daysWorking Hours (From/To): 9.30am - 6.30pmResponsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate commercial fit-out projects (retail, F&B, offices, etc.) and events/pop-up stores.
• Plan and coordinate works with clients and suppliers.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of brand counters and promotional setups.
• Ensure quality checks and timely completion of counter construction.
• Maintain project schedules and provide regular project reports (pre-shipment, defects, completion, etc.).
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate progress updates and ensure timely project delivery.
• Update office systems with data including purchase order creation and quotations.
• Perform administrative duties within the scope of work.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling tight timelines and pressures.
• Manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
• Fulfil other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years\' relevant experience in Interior Designer project related for commercial clients
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or relevant disciplines.
• Proficient in the various design software (such as CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, etc.) and MS Office Applications.
• Hands-on and taking good ownership of task and initiative
• Honest, creative and high adaptability
• Excellent portfolio of previous works.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Positive and keen learning aptitude.
