Job Description

Require experience in control demolition related works Carry out drawing and working closely on construction plans with clients, architects and other professionals Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers Ability to work with project teams at all levels, Attend site meetings and inspections as required Assist in cost estimation, procurement, and tender submissions Resolving site technical issues Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper documentation and filing for all project correspondence and records * Able to work independently and being proactive in responding to issues
