Oversee day-to day execution of projects, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, cost efficiency and quality
Communicate with Project Manager and key stakeholders to determine project requirements and timelines
Conduct new projects kick off meeting
Plan and deploy manpower, material and equipment to site
Coordinate and supervise on-site activities to be carried out by workers and subcontractors
Source, assess and recommend subcontractors and suppliers for cost effectiveness and suitability
Procure materials require for projects and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
Monitor daily work progress and update Project Manager
Establish safety guidelines and work procedures
Prepare and submit progress report, work completion report
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement :
Minimum ITE or Diploma in Building Maintenance, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experiences in the same capacity
Dynamic, energetic, initiative and ability to work well independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple job sites and adaptable to outdoor working environments
* Possess class 3 driving licence
