Roles & Responsibilities



Attend project meetings. Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc). Conduct progress meetings to manage issues. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site. Plan, manage and oversee the day-to- day construction management of the project. Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner. Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of work flow. Require to work in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion while maintaining consistent and accurate documentation. Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing.

Ability to coordinate others to accomplish objectives Ability to work independently Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Candidates must possess degree or equivalent Clear and concise verbal and written communications Good organizational and planning skills Proficient in Autocad software will be an added advantage * Self-motivated and resourceful Willing to work hard
