Position Title: Project Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out & Carpentry)
Working Location: Depending on project site
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Liaise with subcontractors on all project-related matters.
Communicate effectively with clients and manage expectations throughout the project.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards.
Manage project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to clients.
Foster good team morale and teamwork within the project team.
Ensure safety regulations are strictly observed at all work sites.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Proven experience in site coordination and project management.
Knowledge of Interior Design, Carpentry, or Joinery is preferred.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Able to commence work within short notice is an advantage.
