Job Description
CLOSING DATE 7 JULY 2022.
Seeking a Project Coordinator to support PM on all project documentation processes, maintain, validate and verify documentation ledger and follow up with Customer comments on a daily basis. Some of the other duties include generating I&C Costing workbook and coordinating, maintaining and distributing schedules between plants and customers. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle customer and internal stakeholders professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generating of I&C Costing Workbook
- Support PM on all project documentation processes
- Maintain, validate and verify documentation ledger and follow up with Customer comments on a daily basis
- Provide feedback to Project Manager on any discrepencies
- Participate, write and distribute meeting minutes
- Coordinate, maintain and distribute FAT schedules between plants and customers
- Support PM on all travel enquiries
- Assist Department Manager with Budgets and Cost allocation
- Perform other duties or special assignments as assigned
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
- Associate or Bachelor degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
- 1+ years in Project Coordination Role
- Strong understanding of PMI principals and Methodology
- Ability to handle customer and internal stakeholders professionally throughout the project lifecycle
