Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the handling and management of general cargo and project shipments, ensuring full operational control and cost efficiency (commercial aspects) Assist in preparing RFQ and tender with competitive pricing and detailed proposals Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and offices regarding project operations-related matters Manage the global shipment of various cargo types, including out-of-gauge and heavy-lift cargo Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors, securing competitive rates from potential partners Calculating and monitoring project profits Support the sales team with offers and proposals Supervise loading and discharging operations at ports, customer sites and jobsites Administration and support in daily business activities in global business environment Assist local and regional management with reporting and strategic planning

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

At least 2 years of professional experience with completed training in freight forwarding Proven track record of successfully executed logistics operations, coordination and management Strong knowledge of freight forwarding; experience in ocean freight, air freight, including break bulk Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Cargowise is an advantage Highly organized (also under pressure), detail-oriented, and customer-focused Exceptional communication skills across functions and cultures Able to communicate in English both written and verbal
