: * Communicating with Sales, Clients and Sub Contractors. * Coordinator internal resources and Vendors/ Subcontractors to ensure smooth execution * Able to source Subcontracto : Communicating with Sales, Clients and Sub Contractors. Coordinator internal resources and Vendors/ Subcontractors to ensure smooth execution Able to source Subcontractors' services, products, get quotations and quotes to the Client. Conduct site / onboard meetings and services at the start of projects with relevant parties. Ensure production process work checks and arrange for defect works before a timely handover. Monitoring between Sales and Production Department, issue and follow up quotation with products delivery statement between Company and Client's site. Required to do VCD (software) for better/faster workflow. Issuing material requisition form, assisting to make purchases of materials/items required by Production Department and Clients. Following up with documentation for delivery/shipment. Organize and maintain reference files. Assist in the follow-up of payments, overdue payments and reminders with the Customer. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Manager. Job Requirements NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Order Processing / Internal Sales / Sales administration or Purchasing. Sales or purchasing background in the Marine, Engineering and O&G industries will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills & ability to work within tight timelines. Team player with a good working attitude. Computer knowledge in MS Office. Company transport provided, bus will depart from/to Jurong Point MRT station in the morning/evening. The work place is at Pioneer Sector Area (WEST of Singapore), 5 Days, 8.30 am to 6 pm.
