Details:

• Salary range from $3000 - $4500
• Performance + Variable Bonus
• Mon - Fri : 8am to 5:45pm
• Deployed to a site in North-East zone

Job Scope:

• Manage the quantity surveyor team for cost estimation and payment checks.
• Prepare and submit cost estimates for approval.
• Oversee and control the budget for contractor work.
• Prepare, check, and submit monthly payment claims on time.
• Ensure contractor claims and Payment Certificates are accurate and meet requirements.
• Review and finalize the Final Accounts for contracts.
• Evaluate and approve star rate items from contractors, ensuring they are fair.
• Track and analyze records of star rates and quotes for future reference.
• Prepare and specify documents for tenders.
• Provide advice and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders about cost issues and disputes.

Job Requirements:

• Accredited or Registered member of SISV
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
