Roles & Responsibilities The successful applicant will be based in our Singapore office and following implementation of the new ERP system would have the option to pursue a roll in project management or cost control as an expert user of the new system within one of our service lines.
He / She will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Using their strong background in project control and/or project management to understand the various services Fugro offers and ensure they are represented from a projects perspective while implementing our new global ERP system in our South East Asia entities.
• Ensure completion of training in the new system to a high level in order to support the implementation process.
• Work with colleagues in the business to map current project process to future project processes in the new system.
• For project related datasets, provide business ownership and manage the cleansing and transfer of the datasets from legacy systems to the new system. Validate the datasets in the new system.
• With the final system design in place for the local entities, undertake the Operational Readiness Test with colleagues across project delivery, finance, procurement, HR and operations to validate the overall system is ready to be implemented.
• Communicating to the regional implementation lead and project delivery business process expert in the regional roll-out team and highlighting/advising on implementation progress.
• Provide training to project and commercial end-users in how to use the system.
• Provide post-go live support to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in science/engineering related subject and/or financial management.
• 5-8 years relevant experience in project (cost) control or project management.
• Effective communication across different function groups, stakeholders and with senior management.
• Proactive personality with the ability to identify risks and opportunities and provide remedial action.
• Positive approach to work.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible to change.
• Willing to travel to other regional offices in Australia and Hong Kong.
• Excellent oral and writing skills in English.
• Excellent numeracy and Microsoft Excel skills.
• ERP Implementation/Testing experience advantageous.
• Data migration experience advantageous.
• Professional certification in project management would be advantageous.

Strong background in marine projects would be advantageous.
