Act as a liaison between offshore project crew members and management, addressing any inquiries or issues related to assignments.
Distribute information regarding crew policies, schedules, and changes.
Track and maintain offshore project crew records (ie technical certificates, medical and offshore safety certificates) for audits and inspections.
Maintain an up-to-date offshore project crew roster and manage availability for various projects.
Assist in organizing pre-departure briefings and onboarding processes for new offshore project crew.
Co-ordinate, strategize together with the Operations Manager and execute offshore project crew changes with minimum, if not, zero, interruption on work progress.
Monitor and ensure that offshore project crew employed have the relevant in-date certification and training required as per contractual requirement ((i.e. valid medical & offshore safety certificates; professional certificate specialized in training certificates etc.) and are in compliance with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s and Client\xe2\x80\x99s safety rules, regulations and requirement prior to joining vessels.
Lead compilations of offshore project crew documentation for Client\xe2\x80\x99s approval prior to each project mobilization and subsequent crew changes.
Liaise with travel coordinator and port agents to arrange for offshore project personnel\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 travel logistics, visas and work permit requirement and application.
Liaise with crew payroll coordinator (based in Manila office) who will be responsible for offshore project personnel earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, claims and etc.
Generate and maintain reports on crew performance, availability, and compliance status.
Support management in tracking offshore project crew costs and budgets.
At least 2-3 years of experiences in / practical experience with maritime (vessel) crewing operations.
Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in crewing, human resources, or a related administrative role for subsea construction and installation projects. Must have Windows XP, Word, Excel, MS Outlook skills.
Must be able to deal with crew and passengers in a professional manner.
Must have strong organizational skills and an attention to details.
Confident communicator and feel comfortable working with crew of different nationalities and ranks.
Familiarity with maritime regulations and crewing software is preferrable. * Working Conditions:
May involve occasional travel to project sites or operational areas.
