Role Summary

Fluxia is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of advanced AI and industrial technology implementations across diverse advanced manufacturing environments. This role sits at the intersection of project leadership and technical solutioning, managing 2-3 concurrent client projects while bridging the gap between Fluxia's engineering teams and customer stakeholders.


The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in project delivery, a technical grasp of manufacturing systems and edge-AI solutions, and a client-centric mindset to ensure smooth deployment, integration, and operational adoption of Fluxia's innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead the full lifecycle of 2-3 concurrent customer implementation projects Define and manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and risk mitigation Coordinate internal teams across engineering, product, and commercial support Act as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and issue resolution Drive continuous improvement in delivery workflows and client satisfaction metrics

Solution Architecture & Deployment

Design and document deployment architecture for customer-specific use cases Conduct on-site and remote technical assessments of client environments (e.g., CNC lines, semiconductor equipment) Collaborate with product and engineering teams to adapt solutions to customer requirements Oversee configuration, integration, and commissioning of Fluxia's hardware/software solutions (edge & cloud-based) Ensure compliance with customer IT/OT requirements and maintain system scalability and uptime

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have:

At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, solution deployment, or systems integration Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, industrial protocols, and edge AI deployment Proven track record managing complex, technical customer-facing projects Excellent client-facing and communication skills Willingness to travel to customer sites across Southeast Asia for project delivery and support

Nice-to-Have:

PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or equivalent hands-on experience Familiarity with machine vision, industrial sensors, or digital twin technology Exposure to quality standards such as ISO 9001 Experience in fast-paced startup environments with multi-functional roles
