Meet and understand the client's objectives and pr : Creative in Interior Design conceptualizations. To be in charge of designing a project from concept to completion. Meet and understand the client's objectives and prepare design proposal for the client. Able to communicate and prepare details construction drawings. Knowledge of BIM modelling, Design Space Planning and Concept Development. To provide presentations to clients on the design proposal. To attend client's briefing and perform site survey/measurement. Work closely with the project team and client during the content construction / designing phase. Ensure dimensions and materials use are accurate and fully functional. Take on-site measurements and all relevant photos for planning and conceptualising. Designs and creates construction documents for construction/permit including technical details. Assist in the handover of completed projects to the project owner and/or operations team. Job Requirements: Required skill(s): AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Vray, Microsoft Office is a must Good drawing skills & detailed orientated. Knowledge in interior design & space planning and BIM( building information modeling). At least 10 years working experience in relavent field. Degree in Mechanical engineering or graduated in related Field. Able to work independent, self motivated and team work. Immediately or within short notice to start work.
