Job Description

Our client is a global leading integrated Environmental consultancy firm that provides a full suite of services which include, engineering, procurement, construction, and project management. As a global leader in high-profile industrial projects internationally, they are about to secure a multibillion-dollar water project in Singapore, and are seeking a Project Director to spearhead project delivery. This would be a client facing and a site role.

:

• Oversee the projects activities and assigned work responsibilities
• Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Review reports, set up reporting arrangement, maintain project skite sheets
• Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering/coordination and implementation/execution of respective services including control and monitoring of progress
• To review and accept purchase orders for technical design
• Organize and prepare technical submittals and for client evaluation
• Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Contract Management

Requirements:

• Min bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Structural/Chemical/Environmental)
• Min 20+ years of project management experience and project coordination role within an engineering consultancy, main contractor or developer
• Certification as a project management professional (PMP), Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer would be an advantage
• Experience in managing large scale environmental projects
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
• Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills
• Team player and able to work independently
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline
• Strong people management skill
