Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in coordinating and managing solar PV projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Participate in project planning activities, including creating project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Help identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
- Support the preparation and submission of project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Contribute to effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to gain hands-on experience and understand project challenges.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
