Liaise with contractors, resident, service providers and government authorities regarding regulation issue, non-compliance and construction works. Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials, ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. Resolve site technical issues and ensure inspection and approval by the consultant of the work done Coordinate and meeting with sub-contractors, client and consultant. Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. Plan and organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet the deadlines. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
