Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements
Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts
Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
Provide technical support to clients and internal project teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure quick resolution to minimize project delays.
Preparing reports and documentation.
Assist in the preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders, ensuring accurate estimations and alignment with client requirements.
Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project progression.
Prepare essential documents such as method statements, shop drawings, and work progress reports for M&E related works.
To engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.
Able to work at Night when required.
