Roles & Responsibilities: (IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION)
Assist Project Manager in planning, execution and completion of ACMV Project.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities / subcontractors / workers at site and ensure work performed on-site complies with local authorities' requirements.
Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
Work experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry.
Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Possess a Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
Salary is commensurate to working experience.
