Job Description

The Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager, Engineering Leads, and Supply Chain to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities are:



Monitor and track overall project progress against the baseline schedule across all phases: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC). Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project execution plans, resource forecasts, and budget control. Generate regular comprehensive

project reports

covering technical status, schedule, cost, and risk updates for both internal stakeholders and the client. Serve as the primary coordinator for

multi-disciplinary interfaces

between various engineering teams (Process, Piping, Mechanical, Marine, E&I). Manage the interface and technical communication flow between the company, EPC Contractors, specialist vendors, and the Classification Society. Coordinate and facilitate technical review meetings, ensuring timely resolution of open items and effective communication of design changes. Review and track the status of critical technical deliverables and documentation from contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements. Manage the formal process for technical queries and engineering change requests ensuring prompt and documented resolution. Provide essential support during the procurement process, particularly in managing the technical documentation and expediting critical vendor information. Ensure all project activities adhere to the company's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and quality management system. Support site teams during the fabrication, module integration, and commissioning phases, assisting with technical troubleshooting as required.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Marine/Offshore, or relevant discipline). Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in project engineering or a similar technical coordination role within the Offshore Oil & Gas industry. Proven experience working on FPSO, FSO, or other large-scale offshore EPCIC projects is highly preferred. Core Skills: Strong proficiency in project control methods (scheduling, cost monitoring, earned value management). Excellent technical document management and review skills. Familiarity with international engineering standards and Classification Society requirements. Highly effective

communication and collaboration skills

to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
