Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of works.
Supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Prepare technical submissions, method statements, and progress reports.
Monitor project schedule, costs, and materials.
Review drawings, material submissions, and coordinate with M&E teams.
Ensure compliance with authority requirements and building codes.
Manage subcontractors across structural, architectural, and finishing works.
Requirements
Degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and safety compliance.
Knowledge of local authority submissions advantageous.
