Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Managing contract, technical specification, schedule, and additional cost

• Submission for relevant documents pertaining to site requirements.

• Support in project tender when called upon or any other ad-hoc project duties as required.

• Managing customer expectations at site and maintaining good customer relationship

• Follow up with all customers for their safety requirement when we are to perform work at their site

• Ensure all project activities are performed productively and are in accordance to the specification and schedule, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

• Efficient project management which includes project scheduling, lead and coordinate the whole project team which includes project team, subcontractors and suppliers

• Daily progress report to be sent to office/ management during the project

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the project, ensure that project is in progress within schedule, meet the deadlines and budget.

• Feedback to management on site problems for corrective action to be taken.

• Documentation of method statement and work procedure

• Monitor and report to office/ management of project progress vs baseline including issues and risks in a timely manner.

• Attend site meetings and inspections.

• In-charge for improving and revamp our safety aspects in terms of Risk Assessment and method statement.

• Upon completion of project, detailed report with photographs to be submitted to the office and management.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering background

• Min. 3 years of related field experience

• Good interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented

• Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment, able to multi-task

• Must possess valid class 3 driving license and own vehicle
