Job Description

Our client is a Singapore-based engineering firm focused on delivering precision cooling solutions for mission-critical environments, including data centres and high-performance computing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage full project lifecycles--from scheduling and resource planning to execution, commissioning, and handover--ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate and supervise vendors and subcontractors to maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and control costs. Review technical documents, oversee mechanical system setup and commissioning, and resolve post-handover technical issues promptly. Ensure adherence to Singapore safety standards (e.g., WSH Act), including the preparation and submission of RAMS and safety reports. Act as the main technical liaison for clients, consultants, and vendors; lead meetings, provide project updates, and handle documentation such as progress claims and variation orders. Enhance project tracking/reporting tools and conduct client training on system operation and maintenance for long-term support.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience in construction, M&E, or industrial sectors. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and reporting. Hands-on experience in equipment commissioning and troubleshooting. Familiar with Singapore safety regulations and standards. Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional coordination abilities. Able to lead teams and manage stakeholders under pressure. Willing to work onsite in construction or industrial environments. Flexible with working hours and open to regional travel. Experience with AutoCAD or BIM for drawing reviews (preferred). Exposure to vendor management or subcontractor coordination (preferred). Certifications such as PMP, WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH, or equivalent (preferred).



Salary: Up to $4,500.





Working Location: East.





5.5 days work week.
