Job Description
Role Purpose
Oversee
E?house fabrication and integration
at the yard, coordinating vendor's scope and shipyard teams to deliver a fully compliant module ready for integration and commissioning.Key Interfaces:
Vendor, Shipyard Yard Production, E&I, QA/QC, Planning, HSE, ProcurementKey Responsibilities
Vendor oversight for vendor's site activities and deliverables; manage interfaces and punch closure. Review and clarify engineering deliverables (drawings, ITPs, method statements). Drive fabrication and installation of MV/LV switchgear, MCCs, UPS, HVAC, F&G systems. Plan and witness FAT/SAT, loop checks, and pre?commissioning sign?offs. Own schedule look?ahead, progress reporting, and risk mitigation. Enforce quality and HSE compliance per IEC standards and yard PTW.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation or similar.
5-10+ years
in yard/module fabrication withE?house
experience; vendor interface preferred. Prior exposure toFPU/FPSO
projects. Familiar with FAT/SAT, ITPs, and MC/turnover processes.Brunel International S.E.A Pte. Ltd.
