Job Description

:

• Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure project submissions, delivery, and completion adhere to schedule.
• Excel in performing within a construction environment, closely collaborating with architects, consultants, designers, and contractors.
• Ensure project requirements and budget constraints are met effectively.
• Proficiently handle project challenges by offering solutions.
• Provide timely updates to management regarding project status.
• Participate in site meetings for both new and ongoing projects.
• Address maintenance concerns during the project Defect Liability Period (DLP).

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or an equivalent field.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years\' relevant work experience in the local construction sector (preferably in lighting/electrical engineering/interior design/construction material industry).
• Possess effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Work as a productive team player, collaborating closely with the project sales team.
• Show self-motivation and capability to perform in a demanding market, meeting tight project timelines.
• Experience in the lighting industry is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Autocad, Dialux, and Relux software is an advantage.
