Our Client:

The company we represent is experiencing rapid expansion and focuses on Engineering Construction, Telecommunications, and Investments. They are currently in search of a Project Engineer to become part of their Singapore-based workforce.

As a Project Engineer, you will lead the execution of complex engineering projects, closely monitoring progress and performance against project plans.

The Responsibilities:

• Strategize and oversee the progression of multiple engineering projects from conceptualization to handover, ensuring adherence to budget, timely delivery, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Prioritize tasks and allocate manpower effectively to optimize resource utilization within project deadlines
• Contribute to the preparation of bid tenders for new projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and guidelines
• Evaluate and approve changes with significant impacts on project scope, budget, or timeline
• Lead the execution of complex engineering projects, closely monitoring progress and performance against project plans
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize delays and disruptions
• Form and mentor a team of project members with operational roles, driving business objectives\' achievement and regulatory compliance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, both organizational and governmental, while consistently meeting customer specifications for safety and quality
• Optimize the allocation of financial and human resources for enhanced productivity, overseeing project expenses, other assets, and resources within budgets
• Analyze and endorse project investments aligning best with organizational needs

The Requirements:

• Possession of recognized Professional Qualifications in a relevant field of study
• Relevant experience in the Construction Engineering sector, ranging from 2 to 5 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing demeanour
• Independent work approach, goal-oriented mindset, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in effectively interacting with project team members and managers at all organizational levels
