Job Description

Singapore headquarter since 2002, our client provide artwork and artifact consultancy, as well as procurement to the hospitality and commercial properties in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. They collaborate closely with interior designers and consultants, striving to design unique and creative solutions that best suit and enhance overall artistic qualities of the project, in the best interest of the client\'s investment and requirements.

Home Automation Projects

• Review project specification and drawings to ensure compliance
• Prepare project execution, quality and safety plans
• Ensure project activities are completed on schedule and within the budget
• Ensure consistency in execution of project activities
• Testing and commissioning of project system
• Prepare and submit material proposal, method of statement, Risk Assessment, Technical submission for approval by relevant project stakeholders and authorities
• Arrange site inspection and project records keeping
• Identify and resolve project issues
• Ensure on time submission of work done certificate duly signed by client representative for monthly progress claims submission

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Nitec
• Training provided - Welcome entry level
• Mandarin speaking - require to communicate with Chinese associates
• Require to travel to project sites (Able to claim transport / cab fare)
• 5 days work (Monday to Friday , 9am to 6pm)
• Work location at Ang Mo Kio
• Salary $2500 - $3500
• AWS / Variable Bonus
