Job Summary:Salary: Up to $4000
Working Days: 5.5 day work week, Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm, Sat 8.30am - 1.00pm
Location of work: Main Office Kallang, on-site (Construction Industry)Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget.
2. Attend Site Meetings/ Attend Site Inspections
3. Plan, coordinate and communicate project plan, timeline and activities to the project team.
4. Monitor and track progress of projects and stay on top of the projects to ensure smooth execution.
5. Manage and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring their quality and configuration management.
6. Maintain project issue register to keep close match of the project issues till their resolution.
7. Manage and work closely with Main contractors/sub contractors/suppliers
8. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.Requirements:
