Project Engineer (hvac/ Bas Industry)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute testing, commissioning, and software programming for BMS projects based on specifications and contract documents.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine requirements.
- Prepare submittals including schematics, descriptions, and technical literature; maintain design documents throughout projects.
- Perform testing and commissioning of BMS systems.
- Manage IO point schedules, assignments, and material selection, applying value engineering principles.
- Ensure awareness of and adherence to EHS protocols; participate in inspections, risk assessments, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC/BAS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience
- Good knowledge of ACMV and HVAC system control logic
