Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm; Sat 8:30am-12:30pm

S$2,500-3,500/month (basic)

About the Role

Support HVAC/ACMV project engineering from drawing review to site supervision and testing/commissioning, ensuring design practicality, quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Review drawings and specifications; highlight design/constructability issues Check design practicality and coordinate clarifications with stakeholders Supervise site works, testing & commissioning; monitor progress and quality Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and propose corrective actions Prepare simple reports, records and as-built updates Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors for materials and deliveries
Requirements

Diploma or above

in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Services, Mechanical/Construction or related

AutoCAD proficiency required

(basic drafting/mark-ups)

1+ year

relevant experience preferred;

fresh graduates

from related disciplines will be considered Basic understanding of HVAC/ACMV concepts (air-side & piping) is an advantage Able to communicate in

English

for site coordination and documentation Responsible, organised, and comfortable visiting sites
