Lead, coordinate projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them; Understand manufacturing process to enable engagement of changes in labeling process. Manage and coordinates cross function team to enable change validation, change control management and processes, BOM and SOP documentation needed. Facilitate communication among a program\xe2\x80\x99s cross-functional team Manage the program lifecycle; define the program governance; Plan the overall program and monitor the progress; Manage the program\xe2\x80\x99s budget, manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies; and utilize resources across projects Manage stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 communication and align deliverables to the program\xe2\x80\x99s outcome Manages the development and tracking of objectives/milestones including definitions, documentation and reporting.

• Good understanding of manufacturing operations, preferred in Pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Strong logic thinking and problems solving
• Able to communicate complex information with clear & simple message
• Solid quantitative and qualitative assessment skills and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and flexible.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, science or technology related,

3 to 5 years of related experience in Manufacturing process, Project management, Product development etc.
