Project Engineer (m & E)
Job Description
Plan and manage M&E project works from start to completion, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
Prepare technical drawings, material submissions, and work schedules for the project and M&E systems.
Supervise on-site installation works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
Attend site meetings and inspections with authorities or stakeholders as required.
Handle variation orders (VOs), including assessment, certification, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E industry Entry level may apply as training will be provided Good knowledge of M&E systems and construction site operations. * Possess valid class 3 driving license is advantage but not mandatory
