Implement plant continuous improvement projects and cost saving efforts.
Lead and implement projects streamlining workflow and processes within the company.
Manages Capital and Expense cashflow accuracy for site projects
Manage various improvement programs and workstreams in the plant, track and report benefits of projects.
Lead cross function team through the entire project lift cycle inclusive of preparing the business case of project, sourcing for vendors for quotation, change control, site execution and qualification activities to meet performance KPI deliverables.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
1 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or project management.
Experience in project management and stakeholder management between cross functional teams.
Conceptual understanding on Lean Six Sigma principles (e.g. Toyota Production System).
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
Proficient in statistical analysis, process mapping, graphic design skills will be a plus.
Knowledge in Project management skills.
Able to react effectively to dynamic Manufacturing environment and able to work independently.
Experience in engineering drawing and P&ID management is a plus.
