- Assist Project Manager in all related project engineering tasks
- Technical order execution (from order hand over from sales up to delivery)
- Manage project through various stages (basic, detail engineering, cost control) to ensure all contractual requirements (time, quality & cost) are met prior to shipment
- Review of contractual documents and technical specifications
- Define technical requirements of mechanical equipment, apparatuses and instruments
- Prepare equipment data sheets, drawings, plant layout and P&ID
- Maintain electronic project folders in good order
- Keep proper record of scope changes (cost impacts) initiated by customer and manage change orders
- Furnish drawings and documentation to customers as requested in customer\xe2\x80\x99s contract
- Schedule and coordinate customer inspections (if required)
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and customers to meet project schedules
- Compile final documentation to customer to ensure proper installation and orderly start-up of our systems
- Execute any other duties assigned by superior
- Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering and/or related discipline
- Min 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in project management
- Experience working with EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) will be an added advantage
