Job Description
Salary: $4000 - $6000
Time: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
Location: Near to Bradell MRT
Responsibilities:
xf0x9fx94xa7 Engineering & Technical (30%)
- Strong understanding of local code requirements and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems
- Involvement in Green Mark or sustainability-related engineering services
- Focus on managing project execution, documentation (like TOP/CSC), and profitability
- Acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Updates finance and management on project progress and billing
- Knowledge sharing and internal training
- Cross-functional coordination with drafters, finance, and other engineers
- Participation in company development activities
- M&E dealing with local Construction projec
- Degree in M&E or E&E or above
