Job Description

esponsibilities:

Coordinate and work closely with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

Possess a recognised Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in

the building construction industry
or

Degree in local universities in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
