- To oversee the entire process in project management
- To carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
- To work and coordinate with sub-contractors, client and consultants to ensure overall construction progress as scheduled
- Ensure quality, timely and smooth progress of works is achieved and government regulations are complied
- To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Min Diploma in Building Construction, or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing Plumbing and Sanitary Project
- Certificate in BCA Plumbing & Pipefitting an added advantage
- Risk Management with minimum Bizsafe Level 2 (preferably)
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Good organization skills & communication skills (spoken & written)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
