Job Scope

Project Planning & Coordination

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to develop project plans
Define scope, schedule, and budget for construction activities

Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee daily construction operations to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly

Technical Support

Provide engineering expertise during design reviews and construction phases
Interpret technical drawings and specifications

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure materials and workmanship meet regulatory and contractual standards
Conduct inspections and audits to maintain quality control

Cost & Resource Management

Track project expenses and manage procurement of materials

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and compliance records
Communicate updates to project managers and clients

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

2-5 years of experience in construction project management or site engineering

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft office

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
