Project Engineer / Project Executive

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and evaluate and approve all proposals and invoices for clients and monitor all participation projects to ensure adherence to all methods and standards.
- Administrative functions in respect of contratual and technical matters.
- Managing project requirements and ensuring various outstanding milestone is tracked.
- Prepare documentation in support of project closure.
- Assist Sales manager to prepare commercial proposals that align with clients’ requirements.
- Coordinate delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans.
- Hightlight project implementation issues and deviations from plans in project reports and meetings.
- Conduct and attend weekly in-house meetings with sales and operation team regarding project work-in-progress.
Requirements
- Secondary/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of administrating project and sales related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Self-Motivated and Independent
