Responsibilities

To supervise and schedule work requirements To prepare all program, work schedule and quantities for the project To attend all client meetings, executive meetings in order to coordinate construction activities To supervise safety quality control inspections of sub-contractor's services To ensure quantity and quality of purchase and inspection of materials received To follow strictly safety regulations at construction site To prepare method of statements and risk assessment for all activities

Requirements

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (building and civil works) in Singapore Knowledge in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Able to read and analyze structural/architectural drawings Able to work in a fast pace environment and provide administrative support * Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
